• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Hands-on experience across key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform architecture
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Job Description
