Job summary

Futurea4 in Chennai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Platform Developer to lead enterprise initiatives across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, and integrations.

Role requires hands-on development, scripting, and design for scalable ServiceNow solutions in a large enterprise setting. Based in Chennai, you will work from the office 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform development.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong grasp of ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, JDBC integrations.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow.
• Understanding of upgrade strategy, performance optimization, security, and governance.
• Experience designing solutions for large enterprise environments.
