Job summary

Bahwan CyberTek is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Chennai to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work on catalogs, scripts, REST and SOAP integrations, and portal components to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will also configure workflows, automate processes with Flow Designer, and participate in upgrades, ensuring performance and integration with third‑party applications. Chennai-based role with opportunity to impact enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise apps.

• Build and enhance Service Portal components and widgets.
• Configure Flow Designer workflows to automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate on instance upgrades and post-upgrade validation.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Design and implement REST API and SOAP integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and custom user interfaces.
• Configure and develop Flow Designer workflows and automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Participate in ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching activities, and post-upgrade validation. Collaborate with business stakeholders
