Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and integrate custom workflows across core ServiceNow suites. You will be responsible for platform development, automating business processes, and building seamless API integrations with external enterprise applications.

The role requires deep knowledge of ITIL-aligned modules and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Webhooks, and SSO, with a focus on delivering visible dashboards and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CAD, CSA, or CIS certifications preferred.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and integrate custom workflows across core ServiceNow suites. You will be responsible for platform development, automating business processes, and building seamless API integrations with external enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Build dynamic logic and custom functionality using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Domain Implementation: Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSO, IRM/GRC, ITAM, FSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and SLAs.
• Integrations: Design and maintain end-to-end integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Webhooks, Remote Tables, and SSO.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build operational Dashboards and configure Performance Analytics to track key KPIs.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of core development tools, ITIL processes, and modules (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/FSO/IRM/ITAM/FSM).
• Tools & Integrations: Hands-on experience with Postman, Git, and integrating with 3rd-party systems like SAP, Zendesk, and Trello.
• Experience: 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. CAD, CSA, or CIS certifications preferred.
