Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and develop custom applications using App Engine Studio where required.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs.
• Experience with ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
• Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and security.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certification is an added advantage.
