Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customized solutions within ServiceNow for assigned modules SRESPMHAMSAM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow application workflows and modules based on best practices
• Support integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM and ITOM tools
• Perform system administration upgrades and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to end users and administrators
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features, enhancements and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Hands‑on experience in one or more of the following modules: HAM Hardware Asset Management, SAM Software Asset Management
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and IT asset management concepts
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
