Job summary

MNC in Bangalore invites a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a permanent hybrid role. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and strong IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM) experience.

You will build Catalog Items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows, integrate via REST APIs, and align CMDB/CSDM with ITSM processes. Certification in CSA is required, with CIS HAM/SAM being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting IT Asset Management solutions (HAM/SAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST API integrations.
• Experience building Catalog Items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills; experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Imports, and Workflow Automation.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery concepts; working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules focused on IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM).
• Build Catalog Items, Record Producers, and fulfillment workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs.
• Implement CMDB/CSDM-aligned processes within ITSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and deliver scalable solutions.
