Job summary

ADROITENT is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on ITAM modules (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), CMDB, Discovery, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs to support asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ITAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development, plus strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Incident, and Change Management.
• Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
• Knowledge of Service Portal and ServiceNow platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM modules including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Implement and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations.
• Manage and maintain IT Asset lifecycle processes from procurement to disposal.
• Configure and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to asset management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
