Job summary

DataLunix in India is seeking a senior ServiceNow consultant for end-to-end implementation and development across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, and Now Assist. You will design and optimize workflows, catalogs, and service portals using AngularJS, while ensuring robust integrations via REST/SOAP and MID Server.

The role requires 10+ years in ServiceNow with strong client-facing skills, ATF experience, upgrade planning, and agile methods.

Job description

• Lead and implement end-to-end ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist
• Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Release & Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and associated workflows.
• Build and enhance Service Portal components using AngularJS.
• Configure and support CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery Modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, AJAX, MID Server.
• Create and customize complex workflows and custom activities for process automation.
• Develop data pipelines including Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze business requirements, define solutions, and support development and deployment.
• Stay updated on new platform capabilities and recommend customer-focused enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist, and custom application development.
• Strong integration experience using Web Services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with ATF, upgrade planning, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
• CAD – Certified Application Developer
• CSI – Certified Implementation Specialist (Any one specialization)
