Job summary

DataLunix seeks a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, covering ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Now Assist. You will develop catalogs, workflows, and service portals, with strong integration to external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, debugging, upgrades, ATF, and agile practices in a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist, and custom apps.
• Strong integration experience using Web Services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server.
• Experience with ATF, upgrade planning, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist).
• Configure/Support CMDB, Asset, Change, Incident, Release, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and workflows.
• Build Service Portal components using AngularJS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server.
• Create complex workflows and custom activities for automation.
• Develop data pipelines with Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement end-to-end ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist
• Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Release & Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and associated workflows.
• Build and enhance Service Portal components using AngularJS.
• Configure and support CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery Modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, AJAX, MID Server.
• Create and customize complex workflows and custom activities for process automation.
• Develop data pipelines including Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze business requirements, define solutions, and support development and deployment.
• Stay updated on new platform capabilities and recommend customer-focused enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
