Role summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- • Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture for enterprise implementations
- • Lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and other modules
- • Provide technical leadership and guide development teams on ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
- • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, workflows, and custom applications
- • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise security and regulatory standards>
- • Lead ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects while ensuring minimal disruption
- • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub
- • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new capabilities, recommending adoption strategies
- • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance of ServiceNow applications
Skills & Qualifications
- • Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, customization, and module implementation
- • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, etc.)
- • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and discovery processes
- • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITSM best practices
- • Familiarity with cloud and security concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP, Identity Access Management)
- • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
- • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, etc.)
- • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly desirable)
Experience
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
Proven experience in architecting and leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
