Job summary

WillWare Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management. The candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules, ServiceNow architecture, integrations, platform design, and technical leadership.

The role involves leading architecture, defining scalable solutions, and guiding development teams. Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and web services.
• JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• CMDB and ITOM knowledge preferred.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Define scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
• Develop and review solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Drive platform best practices, governance, security, performance, and upgrade strategies.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and overall solution quality.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
• Support ServiceNow implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical roadmaps.
