Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience in architect roles.
• Strong ITSM expertise; ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SPM exposure preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
• Glide scripting (JavaScript) and Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Define platform standards, data models, integrations, and governance.
• Ensure scalable, secure, high-performing solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead complex implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Oversee integrations with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
• Mentor teams and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The architect will ensure the

platform is scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with business goals while following ServiceNow best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM,HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
• Define platform standards, data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Act as the technical authority for all ServiceNow implementations
• Guide developers and administrators on design patterns, scripting, and configuration
• Review and approve solution designs, customizations, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs
• Lead complex implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs
• Enforce configuration vs. customization decisions
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards
• Define upgrade, release, and deployment strategies Stakeholder Collaboration.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams
• Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor internal teams and provide technical leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level responsibilities
• Strong expertise in ITSM (mandatory); experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model & CMDB
• Glide scripting (JavaScript)
• Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• ACLs, security, and performance optimization
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server)
