Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our ITAM ecosystem. The role bridges complex business requirements with robust solutions, ensuring seamless integration across ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM, with a strong emphasis on CMDB accuracy and ITIL alignment.

You will own high- and low-level designs, mentor development teams, govern integrations, and drive secure, scalable technology that supports our IT goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services with ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and CMDB data governance.
• Proven ability to design HLDs and LLDs for complex environments.
• Experience in large-scale integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in ITIL-aligned asset management and governance.

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the ServiceNow platform. This position demands a deep mastery of the ServiceNow architecture, with a specific focus on ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules. The ideal professional will drive high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) initiatives, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and ensure that all solutions align with ITIL best practices. This role is essential for optimizing our asset lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support the organization's broader IT goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and define comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level designs for ServiceNow solutions, with a specialized emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, and related integrations.

• Drive the evolution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across the enterprise.
