Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead end‑to‑end architecture, implementation, integration and platform optimization for ITAM and ITOM. Responsibilities include CMDB governance, upgrades, and designing integrations with SAP, AD, LDAP, AWS, Azure and Salesforce, while mentoring delivery teams.

Must have ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM knowledge, strong REST/SOAP/OAuth2 skills and ITIL processes; Pune or Bangalore location with

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in ITAM & ITOM to lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture, implementation, integration, and platform optimization.

• HAM & SAM
• ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM & CMDB
• Strong knowledge of CSDM
• ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design
• HRSD experience
• REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT & MID Server integrations
• JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies
• Flow Designer, Virtual Agent & Predictive Intelligence
• ServiceNow upgrades, governance & platform optimization
• ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management
• Experience with AWS/Azure and enterprise integrations
