Job summary

Sdna Global in Bangalore is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with 10-16 years of IT experience to lead architecture, implementation, scripting, and integrations for Customer Service Management.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, scripting, integrations, and Customer Service Management (CSM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions and should be comfortable working across technical architecture, development, integrations, and CSM modules.

Mandatory Skills:
