Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and technical direction across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps in Hyderabad. You will collaborating with business and IT teams to set platform strategy, governance, and best practices, translating complex requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow design and development.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of ServiceNow implementations across modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, data models, and security frameworks.
• Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features, upgrades, and custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, data models, and security frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow design and development.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning, instance management, and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) credentials.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading multi‑instance enterprise deployments.
