Job summary

Dreampath Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect cum Delivery Manager in Bengaluru to lead platform architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow programs. You will own roadmap governance, drive strategic initiatives, and manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.

The role requires senior leadership, deep platform expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams.
• Proven success delivering multi-module ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery quality.

• The ServiceNow Architect cum Delivery Manager will serve as the overall engagement lead, responsible for both the technical architecture and successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. This role combines strategic platform ownership, architecture governance, stakeholder management, program leadership, and team oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.
