Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design and technical direction across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform strategy, governance, and best practices, translating business needs into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will design REST/SOAP integrations, enforce architecture standards, and mentor developers, ensuring high‑quality outputs while upholding ITIL and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years total IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow design and development.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning, instance management, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading multi‑instance enterprise deployments.
