Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect in India to design and lead enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will mentor developers, gather business requirements, and enforce governance while planning upgrades and performance tuning.

The ideal candidate has 11+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture, strong JavaScript and API skills, and relevant CSA/CIS certifications. A Bachelor's degree in CS/IT is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications: CSA and CIS required; CAD and CTA preferred.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators; review code and designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to scalable solutions.
• Define and enforce platform standards, best practices, and governance.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and other systems via APIs and MID Servers.
• Oversee custom development, scripting, and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
• Plan upgrades, tune performance, and optimize the platform.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements.

• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and integration tools.
  
• Oversee custom application development, scripting (client/server), and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
  
• Plan and manage ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and platform optimization.
  
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design documents.
  
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 11+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years in ServiceNow architecture and development.
  
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  
• Proven track record in designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party tools.
  
• Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Certifications Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  
• Certifications Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
