Job summary

Fyerx in Bengaluru is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to evaluate and refine in-flight programs, assess completed scope, platform architecture, data models, integrations, and delivery plans with strategic leadership.

You will guide gap remediation and provide architectural oversight across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and SPM, while refining integration patterns and leading technical workshops.

Qualifications

Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to evaluate and refine in-flight ServiceNow programs. The candidate will assess completed scope, platform architecture, data models, integrations, and delivery plans, providing strategic leadership, gap remediation, and architectural oversight across multi-module enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review in-flight ServiceNow programs, evaluating completed work, solution architecture, data models, integrations, and backlog.
• Validate and refine end-to-end solution designs to align with business outcomes, security, scalability, and platform governance.
• Identify solution gaps, technical debt, configuration risks, and integration roadblocks to define remediation plans.
• Provide architectural oversight across modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM.
• Refine integration patterns using APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, orchestration, and connectors.
• Lead technical workshops and collaborate with enterprise architects, platform engineering, and delivery teams.

Requirements

10-13 years of total experience with deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture.

Proven track record of assessing and optimizing in-progress or mid-flight enterprise implementations.

Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow data models, security frameworks, workflows, portals, and governance.

Experience designing cross-module solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.

Strong expertise in enterprise system integrations, cloud platforms, and API patterns.

Excellent stakeholder management, technical documentation, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Formal ServiceNow architecture certifications.
• Strong background in ITIL, enterprise service management, and operational resilience.
