Job Description

Need a ServiceNow Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle in any 1 of the following modules:

• ITSM
• CSM
• HRSD
• ITBM

Total 10+ years of experience in ITSM, ServiceNow and Java

Hands-on experience in design and implementation of usecases involving uni and/or bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and 3rd party systems

Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools

Must have ability to do process flow analysis and process redesign.

Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.

Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements

Strong Knowhow Of ServiceNow Best Practices

Should be ITIL certified

ServiceNow certified CAD/CIS will be preferred

Excellent communication, consulting and documentation skills

Ability to provide effective demos and conduct workshops

Should work closely with team of developers and testers and technically drive the implementation in close coordination with the Project Manager

Understand the business objectives and proactively come up with solution ideas

Strong exposure in design and implementation of customizations

Good hands-on expertise in advanced and latest ServiceNow features like Virtual Agent, Predictive intelligence, Performance analytics

Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, scripted APIs. and core ServiceNow platform constructs like business rules, Script include, UI Policies, Client scripts, etc.

Minimum 2 End To End Implementation Lifecycle Experience

Good knowledge and experience operating in agile methodology.
