Job summary

Cybage in Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to configure and manage ITSM, CSM, and related modules. You will implement forms, catalogs, workflows, and integration points while ensuring alignment with business processes.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects; support UAT, releases, and production support; prepare functional docs and demos. A strong background in JavaScript, Flow Designer, ACLs, SLAs, and Service Catalog is essential; CSA certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
• Strong ITSM/CSM knowledge and configuration skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, ACLs, SLAs, and Service Catalog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with stakeholder exposure.
• CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Request, and Case Management.
• Configure Forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, Notifications, SLAs/OLAs, Flows, Approvals, Roles, and Assignment Rules.
• Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend out-of-box solutions with minimal customization.
• Configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, releases, production support, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, and Architects.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct solution demonstrations.
