Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scoped applications. You will work on ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations, applying advanced scripting and service portal development to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

The role emphasizes platform upgrades, REST integrations, and ATF testing, with responsibilities spanning enhancements, maintenance, and design of workflow-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Development knowledge in ServiceNow application.
• Scoped Application Development and Maintenance.
• Experience working in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM & Integration.
• Advanced Scripting Knowledge: Develop server-side script (Business Rule, Script Include etc.) and client-side script (Client Script, UI Policies etc.).
• Flow designer & Workflow Management.
• Service Portal: Develop Service Portal sites, pages & widget using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS etc.
• Platform Upgrade.
• Integration: Should have knowledge on integration between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST API.
• Orchestration: Should have knowledge on orchestration.
• Automated Testing Framework: Should have knowledge on ATF script.
• Develop enhancement / bug fix related to ITSM modules
• Design and develop Scoped Application and enhancement to the existing application
• Integrate 3rd party application using REST API
• Platform Maintenance like Upgrade & Scan Engine
• Catalog Item design and flow development
• ESC Portal design using widget, pages, etc
• CMDB / CSDM designing as per Business needs
• Analyze requirements and provide solution as per ServiceNow best practice
