Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver ITSM enhancements and integrations. You will design scoped applications, widgets, and service portals, focusing on CMDB/CSDM and platform upgrades.

The role requires strong scripting skills (server- and client-side) and experience with REST API integrations, Flow Designer, and ATF testing within ServiceNow environments. Kolkata-based opportunity with IT services focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of development knowledge in ServiceNow application.
• Scoped Application Development and Maintenance.
• Experience working in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM & Integration.
• Advanced Scripting: server-side (Business Rule, Script Include) and client-side (Client Script, UI Policies).
• Flow designer & Workflow Management.
• Service Portal: develop Service Portal sites, pages & widget using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Platform Upgrade.
• Integration: REST API between ServiceNow and third-party apps.
• Orchestration: knowledge on orchestration.
• Automated Testing Framework: ATF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop enhancements / bug fix related to ITSM modules.
• Design and develop Scoped Application and enhancements to the existing application.
• Integrate 3rd party application using REST API.
• Platform Maintenance like Upgrade & Scan Engine.
• Catalog Item design and flow development.
• ESC Portal design using widget, pages, etc.
• CMDB / CSDM designing as per Business needs.
• Analyze requirements and provide solution as per ServiceNow best practice.
