Job summary

Careernet in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes CMDB and ITSM modules, with hands-on work in ITOM components such as discovery and service mapping.

You will lead development efforts, design robust data models, and ensure best practices across the platform. The position is on-site in Chennai with opportunities to contribute to telecom and IT operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Experience with CMDB and ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Lead CMDB data model design, CI relationships, and discovery integrations.
• Configure and manage ITOM modules including Event Management and Service Mapping.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and UI policies.
