Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering ServiceNow.
• Minimum CSA Certification.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Sprint cycles.
• Module Knowledge: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM.

• Designing, implementing, and developing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
• Collaborating with process owners to enhance core applications and deliver ongoing support of IT solutions.
• Providing technical expertise to evaluate the impacts and links between structure, people, process, and technology.
• Configuring and setting up ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CSM modules for clients.
• Supporting and collaborating with process owners, enhancing core applications, and ensuring delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions.
