Job summary

iitjobs is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform. You will report to the ServiceNow Platform Manager and ensure operational stability for clients, with responsibilities spanning daily admin tasks, SOP updates, access control, and content publishing in the Employee Center.

The role requires working on a Noida-based, long-term contract with hybrid mode and a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM, Employee Center and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionality and best practices.
• Experience updating content for Employee Service Delivery portal (banners, widgets, pages).

Responsibilities

• Daily administration and issue resolution on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Update SOPs relating to administration best practices of ServiceNow.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, audiences and access control.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes and flows in ServiceNow.

iitjobs is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator who reports to the ServiceNow Platform Manager, and is responsible for managing, configuring and maintaining the base ServiceNow Platform functionality to provide operational stability for Clients ServiceNow Platform. This role is critical to delivering service to our customers in a timely manner and maintaining stability of the platform.

Responsibilities:-

• Daily administration and issue resolution on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Update standard operating procedure relating to administration best practices of ServiceNow
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, user criteria, audiences and permissions and ensure appropriate access control mechanisms are in place.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes and flows running in ServiceNow
• Publish content and perform taxonomy maintenance in ServiceNow Employee Center

Requirements:-

• At least 2 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionality, and best practices for maintaining the platform.
• Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and topic pages.

ServiceNow Certifications or Experience

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
