Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator I to join our Hyderabad team. You will administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog, ensuring reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of hands-on experience, manage users and security, configure workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive platform governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Experience managing ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Ability to configure workflows, notifications, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of platform security, user/group/role management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Manage users, groups, roles, access controls, and platform security.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, catalog items, and automation.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents, service requests, performance issues, and integration failures.

• Support integrations and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
