Job summary

Lehry Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a field service engineer to visit sites in Tamil Nadu to service automation systems such as OHT and water metering, handle valve-related complaints, and provide on-site support.

The role involves collecting site reports, coordinating with reporting managers, testing materials, commissioning systems, and offering remote technical guidance to clients, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and capturing customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handling local complaints regarding valve failure.
• Visiting sites to service and support for automation systems like OHT and water metering.
• Collecting site report on the issue and coordinating with the reporting manager to resolve.
• Testing the inward materials of automation systems.
• Taking care of projects at site level.
• Commissioning of automation systems and water metering systems.
• Providing video call technical guidance to clients over their queries and complaints.
• Surveying the sites for ACV valves, automation and water metering installation possibilities.
• Ensure all complaints are closed within a short time and customer feedback is received.
• Collecting customer feedback form with signature from the site on completion of the work and filing the feedback forms.
• Coordinating with the reporting manager weekly and updating on the most common issues faced.
