Responsibilities

• Install and commission automated systems
• Configure PLC, HMI and I&C devices
• Perform system testing and customer handover
• Prepare commissioning reports

• Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues
• Replace faulty components when required
• Maintain service records

Role: Service Engineer

Role Definition

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance and calibration of automated systems. The role also supports the Customer Support team by performing calibration of standard NDT Products, coordinating with customers, and maintaining service documentation to ensure timely and effective customer support.

Responsibility Deliverable

Installation & Commissioning

• Install and commission automated systems
• Configure PLC, HMI and I&C devices
• Perform system testing and customer handover
• Prepare commissioning reports

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance
• Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues
