Job summary

KSB Company is seeking a field service engineer to attend customer complaints about pump supply, installation, and performance at site. You will provide technical guidance and repair techniques to resolve issues.

You will analyze complaints, perform root cause analysis, collect data, share learnings with operations, quality and purchasing, and prepare case studies for training.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer complaints about short/wrong supply and installation or pump performance at site; provide technical guidance and repair techniques.
• Analyze complaints and provide solutions with root cause analysis.
• Collect application and operation data to understand criticalities and potential problems.
• Share learnings at site with operations, quality and purchase teams to prevent recurrence.
• Gather application data and salvaging techniques used by customers.
• Present complaint findings to after-sales for work solutions and implement actions.
• Prepare case studies for training sessions.
• Perform any other assignments as directed by superiors.

Job description

• To attend the customer complaints regarding short/wrong supply, issues faced by customer during installation and performance of pumps at site. Provide Technical Guidance to customer & suggest repair techniques.
• To analyse the complaints and provide solution to the customer with proper root cause analysis
• Collect application & operation related data for understanding criticalities & possible problems.
• To share the learnings at site with the concerned stakeholders like operations, quality and purchase team to avoid re-occurrence of the complaints.
• Gather application & operation related data and various salvaging techniques, used by our customers.
• Presenting the collected information on claims/ complaints to after sales for work solutions & implement solutions.
• To prepare case studies for presentation during training.
• Any other assignment as directed by the superiors from time to time.
