Job summary

Shavish Group is seeking a technically adept professional to serve as the expert for testing machines across regions, providing on-site and remote support to customers. The role includes planning field trials, demos, and installations at customer sites in line with global SOPs, and delivering trainings for end-users.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering to map customer needs, tailor solutions, and articulate clear value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for testing machines across assigned regions, providing on-site and remote support to customers.
• Plan, execute, and document field trials, demos, and installation/servicing at customer sites in line with global SOPs and quality standards.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and trainings for end-users.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to map customer requirements, tailor solutions, and define clear value propositions.
• Handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance
• Respond proactively to customer technical queries, issue escalations, and site challenges, ensuring high service SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and communicate technical issues during contract implementation, ensuring timely closure and proper documentation.
• Collect and analyze local market demand, identify new use cases, and propose product or solution strategies to increase adoption.
• Customer engagement, client training, and travel readiness.
• Embedded Test systems and automation solutions across tube/pipe ,automobile component industrial applications.
• Solution mapping, value-based communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
