Job summary

Putzmeister India is seeking a field service professional to manage field operations across Maharashtra, coordinating with customers and internal teams. The role requires hands-on technical problem solving and leadership for service activities in the field.

You will prepare weekly area reports, coordinate spare parts needs, and ensure smooth service delivery through collaboration with the North APS team and area engineers.

Responsibilities

• Written weekly reports about his area, spare parts necessities, co-ordination with North APS team and general field problems
• Communicating with customers about Service, maintenance and troubles and arranging the service personnel for his area
• Capability to solve technical problems with his own hands as well as by directing sub ordinates from respective locations
• Critical service work needs to be done by himself
• Arranging service and repair processes
• Administration of the equipment data and service reports.
• Analyzing warranties and finding technical solutions for the failures
• Supporting Sales department with technical know-how for possible machine sales;
• Arranging machine handing over and weekly service visits
• Information share with Manager of Spare parts department regarding pirate parts, lifetime of wear parts, results of field tests and other marketing information.
• Frequent Customer visits with respective area engineer;
• Any other work assigned from time to time.
