Job summary

Balisto Agritech is seeking a Service Operations lead to supervise machine technicians and drive timely service resolutions. You will allocate calls, monitor turnaround times, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coach technicians, train dealers on maintenance and troubleshooting, and lead root cause analyses with R&D and Manufacturing. You will validate repairs before handover and manage escalated customer issues while planning spare parts availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Operations & Team Management: supervise machine technicians and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Allocate service calls, monitor TAT, and optimize technician schedules.
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
• Train dealers on maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Technical Support & Problem Resolution: resolve complex machine breakdowns and support advanced troubleshooting.
• Analyze field failures and implement preventive improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions with R&D and Manufacturing.
• Validate repairs before customer handover.
• Customer Relationship Management: manage escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits and provide technical support.
• Lead product demonstrations and support customer evaluations.
• Service Planning & Documentation: review service reports and track key service KPIs.
• Plan spare parts availability and maintain service tools.
