Job summary

Fluid Logic Systems is seeking a service-oriented professional to manage all activities of the Service Department. You will attend customer service calls at client sites, follow established workflows, and ensure effective service delivery.

This role requires coordinating across departments, visiting sites for service or commissioning, and documenting root-causes and comprehensive service reports. You will assist in standardizing processes for future strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities related to Service Department.
• Responsible to attend customer Service call at site.
• Follow Work Process & Maintain effectiveness of Service Department.
• Inter Departmental communication & Co-Ordination (Query & service feedback etc)
• Visit customer site for service call / commissioning.
• Submit Root cause to customer & HOD for each service call.
• Submit service report with root cause analysis.
• Arrange requisition slip for service requirement.
• Provide best effort to provide customer service & resolve problems with proper process.
• Support Team Leader in standardization process for future strategic approach.
