Job summary

Balisto Agritech is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Maharashtra to travel to customer sites for breakdown diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of products.

You will conduct safety inspections, provide warranty service, train customers on operation and maintenance, document issues and parts used, gather feedback for product improvement, and assist with product demos during sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to attend breakdown calls and perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of products.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is functioning optimally and in line with safety standards.
• Provide service support for products under warranty.
• Guide and train customers on basic machine operation, safety procedures, and regular maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of machine issues, maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts used after each visit.
• Collect customer feedback on machine performance and share insights with the R&D team for product improvement.
• Support the team during machine demo activities in sales visits whenever required.

A. Maintenance & Repair

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service and effective technical support.
• Guide and train customers on basic machine operation, safety procedures, and regular maintenance tasks.

C. Service Documentation and Customer Feedback

• Maintain accurate records of machine issues, maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts used after each visit.
• Collect customer feedback on machine performance and share insights with the R&D team for product improvement.

D. Demo & Sales Support

• Support the team during machine demo activities in sales visits whenever required.
