Job summary

DriveX Mobility in Bengaluru seeks a Two-Wheeler Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will understand concerns, suggest appropriate services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.

This role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and clear communication about costs and timelines. You will open job cards, update customers on progress, and help promote service packages.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/Bachelors in Automobile Engineering preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in two-wheeler service or customer handling roles.
• Strong knowledge of two-wheeler components and servicing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS systems).
