Job summary

Roda Assistance Pvt.Ltd. in Kerala, India, seeks a customer support associate to assist customers in emergency roadside situations. You will communicate with clients in multiple languages and coordinate with nearby technicians and towing services.

You will maintain records, work with service teams to ensure timely delivery, and provide compassionate, clear communication in at least English and native language plus Hindi/Kannada/Telugu as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in native language, English and Hindi/Kannada/Telugu.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance preferred but not mandatory.
