Job summary

Satrac Engg. Pvt. Ltd, based near Bengaluru, is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee field service activities and act as the first point of contact for customers.

You will coordinate service, warranty and vehicle-related concerns, track complaints and strive for timely resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.

UG graduates with a customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply; manufacturing/trailer industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate is preferred.
• Experience in customer support or service coordination is a plus.
