Job summary

HSR Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking a Service Advisor to interact with customers, capture service needs, and schedule appointments. You will provide estimates, prepare job cards, and liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

You will explain service details, billing, and warranty coverage, resolve customer queries, and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits. Proficiency in English and Kannada is required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction & Service Booking Greet customers, understand their service/repair needs, and record concerns accurately.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workshop loading effectively. Provide estimates for service, repair, labor, and parts. Service Process Management
• Prepare job cards and ensure all customer instructions are clearly communicated to the workshop team. Monitor repair progress, update customers regularly, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm all requested work has been completed satisfactorily.
• Customer Relationship & Retention. Explain service details, billing, and warranty coverage to customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat service visits. Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and invoices. Ensure adherence to company service standards, safety protocols, and warranty policies. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim-related repairs.

Product & Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on new models, service campaigns, recalls, and technical bulletins. Recommend value-added services, accessories, and extended warranties to customers.
