Job summary

Shree Balaji Equipments in India is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage OEM service activities, including warranty and breakdowns, and to deploy service engineers for customer visits and campaigns.

The role requires strong coordination, knowledge of spare parts, and proficiency with MS Office and MIS reporting; you will liaise with suppliers, prepare quotes, and ensure timely invoicing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience in service coordination, preferably in material handling or construction equipment.
• Knowledge of warranty management, spare parts, and service operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage service engineers, breakdowns, and multiple priorities.
