Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a seasoned Service Coordinator to lead day-to-day field service activities for multiple engineers across client sites in Hyderabad. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and prompt breakdown support.

You will prioritize calls, allocate engineers based on urgency and availability, act as the SPOC between MQS and customers, and coordinate with internal teams and OEMs to ensure on-time, quality service delivery in a demanding technical

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in service coordination or similar technical service roles.
• Experience in NDT, industrial equipment, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation, or related technical industries is preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating field service engineers for installation, commissioning, maintenance, breakdowns and other field service activities.
• Experience working with foreign OEMs and government customers is an added advantage.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities to deploy engineers across multiple locations.

• Develop and monitor service plans to ensure timely execution and customer commitments.

• Act as SPOC between MQS and customers, managing all service communications and issue resolution post-sale.
• Ensure coordination between customers, field engineers, internal teams, and OEMs for timely service delivery.

Job description

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Service Coordination, Service Operations, Field Service Coordination, or a similar technical service role.
• Experience in NDT, industrial equipment, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation, or related technical industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in coordinating field service engineers for equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and other field service activities.
• Experience working with foreign OEMs and private/government customers will be an added advantage.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day service activities for multiple Service Engineers across multiple customer locations.
• Plan, schedule, and deploy service engineers for equipment installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and other service requirements.
• Develop and monitor service plans at both micro and macro levels to ensure timely execution and fulfillment of customer commitments.
• Prioritize and allocate service calls based on urgency, customer requirements, equipment criticality, location, engineer availability, and technical expertise.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between MQS and customers following equipment supply, managing all service-related communication, coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution throughout the post-sales service lifecycle.
• Ensure effective coordination between customers, field service engineers, internal teams, and OEMs to achieve timely and efficient service delivery.
