Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in service coordination, operations, or customer support preferred.
• Freshers with good technical understanding and communication skills can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service activities and technicians schedules.
• Assign service requests to technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor service progress and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and queries professionally.
• Provide updates to customers regarding service status and repair timelines.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
• Track vehicle service history and update servicedatabases.
• Prepare daily and monthly service reports for management.
