Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage service operations and coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal departments.

You will schedule service activities, handle queries, maintain service records, and ensure smooth service delivery. In this role, you will coordinate daily service activities and technician schedules, assign requests, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to customers.

• Good communication (English Hindi) and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile or electric vehicle service processes.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and schedules.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Service Coordination

Customer Support

• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and queries professionally.
• Provide updates to customers regarding service status and repair timelines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Service Documentation

• Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
• Track vehicle service history and update service databases.
• Prepare daily and monthly service reports for management.
• Mail Communication With the Clients.

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with Service Technicians, QC team, and Logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate for spare parts availability and service requirements.

Operational Support :
