Job summary

Haritash Mobility in India is seeking a Service Advisor to provide professional customer handling throughout the vehicle service process, understand customer requirements, and prepare accurate job cards and estimates.

You will coordinate with technicians and parts teams, explain required repairs and costs, obtain customer approvals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop preferred.
• Freshers with relevant automobile/service knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of automobile systems, servicing and repair processes.
• Working knowledge of DMS/CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and prepare accurate Job Cards.
• Explain required repairs, maintenance, parts and estimated costs to customers.
• Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional jobs.
• Coordinate with technicians, workshop controllers and parts teams for timely repair.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure all work is completed as per OEM standards and company processes.
• Prepare and explain final invoices to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
• Promote Periodic Maintenance, Value-Added Services, Accessories and other after-sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in DMS/CRM.
• Conduct service follow-ups and encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve assigned service revenue, labour and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with OEM policies, safety standards and SOPs.
