Job summary

Haritash Mobility is hiring a Spare Parts Executive in Faridabad to manage day-to-day spare parts operations, including identification, ordering, receiving, storage and issuing to ensure timely availability of genuine/OEM parts for workshop and customers.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, strong DMS/ERP and MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused approach to inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience in automobile spare parts/dealership operations preferred.
• Freshers with automobile knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of DMS/ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and issue correct spare parts against job cards and approved requirements.
• Coordinate with the Parts Manager, Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop team for parts requirements.
• Check parts availability in DMS/ERP and arrange parts as required.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming parts against invoices and purchase orders.
• Ensure proper binning, labeling and storage of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of parts receipts, issues, returns and stock transfers.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and critical parts.
• Support regular physical stock counting and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely availability of parts to avoid workshop delays.
• Process parts returns, damaged parts and warranty-related parts as per company/OEM procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and system entries for all parts transactions.
• Support parts sales and customer requirements where applicable.
• Prepare daily stock and pending-parts reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the parts store.
• Follow OEM guidelines and Haritash Mobility SOPs.
• Support the Parts Manager in achieving stock accuracy, availability and revenue targets.

Job Purpose
