Job summary

Haritash Mobility in Faridabad seeks a Parts Manager to lead the automobile parts operations across procurement, inventory control, storage, and distribution of genuine/OEM parts, ensuring stock availability and cost control.

You will coordinate with OEMs, supervise the Parts team, monitor stock ageing, perform regular stock audits, and drive parts MIS reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in automobile dealership Parts Department.
• Experience in OEM/dealership parts operations will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Parts Department operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels based on workshop and sales requirements.
• Coordinate with OEM for parts ordering, availability, supply and back orders.
• Ensure availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Monitor parts demand, consumption and stock movement.
• Control stock ageing, obsolete parts and excess inventory.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage and issue of parts.
• Maintain proper binning, labeling and systematic storage of parts.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controller, Technicians and Workshop Manager for parts requirements.
• Ensure timely issue of parts against authorized job cards.
• Monitor parts sales and achieve assigned revenue and gross-margin targets.
• Manage external/retail parts sales wherever applicable.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing and parts documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor warranty, insurance and internal parts transactions.
• Maintain proper records in DMS/ERP and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor supplier/OEM invoices, returns, shortages and damaged parts.
• Ensure compliance with OEM parts policies and Haritash Mobility SOPs.
• Train and supervise Parts Executives/Store team members.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Parts MIS reports for management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the Parts Store.

Job Purpose
