Role Description

The Service Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This position is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their service and repair needs, and documenting job cards accurately. The Service Advisor coordinates with technicians, explains recommended services, provides cost and time estimates, and ensures transparent communication throughout the service process. Daily tasks include scheduling service appointments, updating customers on job status, handling aftersales queries, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role also involves maintaining service records, promoting genuine parts and value‑added services, and supporting continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver Customer‑focused Service and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional problem‑solving.
• Clear, confident Communication skills in relevant local languages and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in Aftersales operations, service coordination, or workshop support in the automotive or two‑wheeler sector is preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of motorcycles and service procedures to explain work to customers effectively.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow‑up.
• Comfort with using computer‑based service management systems and standard office software.
• Prior experience in a dealership or service center environment and a valid two‑wheeler license are advantageous.
