Job summary

Krysalis Consultancy Services seeks an automotive service front desk executive to handle customer service requests and vehicle concerns in Chennai. You will prepare job cards, provide repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely servicing.

You'll update customers on progress, explain service charges, and resolve complaints while maintaining accurate service records in line with dealership processes. Strong communication and basic vehicle knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Automobile/Mechanical Eng preferred.
• Experience in automotive service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Computer skills and dealership software knowledge preferred.
• Chennai candidates preferred.
• LMV driving licence preferred/required.
